Sponsorship Opportunities
With the Diamond Level Sponsorship, your company will be able to choose to sponsor one of the following:
Polo Shirts: Sponsor-branded* tournament polo-style shirts given to all participants
Main Event Dinner: Sponsor-branded* cups, plates, and napkins for the Friday Night Dinner
In addition to being listed in the tournament program and TV screens at the tournament site, the Diamond Level sponsors a highlighted presence in the HOTT website (footer and exclusive highlight pages). Diamond sponsors will receive special recognitions throughout the event and each sponsored player (up to 10) will receive a special branded gift.
This level of Sponsorship includes 10 Primary Player entries with guaranteed participation in the tournament.

With the Platinum Level Sponsorship, your company will be able to choose to sponsor one of the following:
Drinks for the event: Recognition and signage throughout entire event in all areas where drinks are served
Padel Mixer with Pro: Recognition during Thursday Registration Night and signage in Padel courts
Tournament Caps: Sponsor-branded* ball caps or visors given to all players
In addition to being listed in the tournament program and TV screens at the tournament site, the Platinum Level sponsors will also be recognized with a PA Sponsorship Announcement during the tournament and will have a highlighted presence in the HOTT website (footer and exclusive highlight pages).
This level of Sponsorship includes 10 Primary Player entries with guaranteed participation in the tournament.

T-shirts: Sponsor-branded* T-shirts given to all players
Cooling Towels: Sponsor-branded* cooling towels given to all players
Friday or Saturday Lunch: Sponsor logo* on cups and napkins during the lunch served at the event
Friday or Saturday Breakfast: Sponsor logo* on cups and napkins during the breakfast served at the event

Thursday Social Sponsor: Sponsor-branded* cups and napkins during the Thursday Registration Night
Tournament Program: Special logo placement in the flyer with the 2026 tournament details distributed to all participants
Center Court Sponsor: Sponsor Logo on center court throughout the event
Main Door Prize Sponsor: Sponsor the main prize give-away at the Friday Night Dinner Party
Dessert Stand: Sponsor logo on the dessert stand throughout the event

This level of Sponsorship includes 3 Primary Player entries with guaranteed participation in the tournament.

Popcorn Station: Sponsor logo on popcorn station setup by tournament desk throughout the event
Ice cream Station: Sponsor logo on ice cream station setup by tournament desk throughout the event

This level of Sponsorship includes 4 Primary Player entries with guaranteed participation in the tournament.

Fruit Stand: Sponsor logo on fruit stand tent by the show court during entire event
Wristbands: Sponsor-branded* tennis wristbands given to all players
Margarita station: Sponsor logo on margarita station and sponsor-branded* cups (a HOTT tradition!) served throughout the event
Drawstring Sports Bag: Sponsor-branded* drawstring Sportback given to all players
Name Badges: Sponsor logo on all participant badges (players and guests)

This level of Sponsorship includes 6 Primary Player entries with guaranteed participation in the tournament.

Court Sponsors: Sponsor logo* placed on one of the tournament courts (note: Center Court requires Tournament level sponsorship)
Ditty Bags: Sponsor-provided ditty bags or branded materials
Massage Station: Sign (provided by sponsor) placed at the massage station
Tent sponsors: Sponsor can setup a refreshment tent and interact with players (tent locations to be coordinated with HOTT Committee)

HOTT Sponsorships
The tournament provides sponsors with great brand exposure & networking opportunities to oil & gas clients in a casual, relaxed setting
We appreciate your consideration to sponsor this year’s event as the HOTT relies on the generosity of sponsoring companies to offset event costs. A portion of our proceeds are also donated to charity and this year, we will be supporting the Oilfield Helping Hands (OHH), a charity that provides financial assistance to oilfield families facing catastrophic illnesses and medical expenses.
