With the Gold Level Sponsorship, your company will be able to choose to sponsor one of the following:
T-shirts: Sponsor-branded* T-shirts given to all players
Cooling Towels: Sponsor-branded* cooling towels given to all players
Friday or Saturday Lunch: Sponsor logo* on cups and napkins during the lunch served at the event
Friday or Saturday Breakfast: Sponsor logo* on cups and napkins during the breakfast served at the event
In addition to being listed in the tournament program and TV screens at the tournament site, the Gold Level sponsors will also be recognized with a PA Sponsorship Announcement during the tournament and will have a highlighted presence in the HOTT website (footer and exclusive highlight pages).
This level of Sponsorship includes 8 Primary Player entries with guaranteed participation in the tournament.
Note: A sponsor code will be created for your company’s registering players upon confirmation of sponsorship. The HOTT Committee will contact you with the detailed instructions via the email you list in the checkout form.
*Sponsor-branded items are only available as 1-color items and must be selected at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. Company logo artwork and permission form authorizing use are required. Please email them to info@hottournament.com.
