With the Tournament Level Sponsorship, your company will be able to choose to sponsor one of the following:
Thursday Social Sponsor: Sponsor-branded* cups and napkins during the Thursday Registration Night
Tournament Program: Special logo placement in the flyer with the 2026 tournament details distributed to all participants
Center Court Sponsor: Sponsor Logo on center court throughout the event
Main Door Prize Sponsor: Sponsor the main prize give-away at the Friday Night Dinner Party
Dessert Stand: Sponsor logo on the dessert stand throughout the event
All Tournament Level sponsors will also be recognized on the tournament program, tournament TV screen, and listed in the HOTT website (“2026 Sponsors” page).
This level of Sponsorship includes 3 Primary Player entries with guaranteed participation in the tournament.
Note: A sponsor code will be created for your company’s registering players upon confirmation of sponsorship. The HOTT Committee will contact you with the detailed instructions via the email you list in the checkout form.
*Sponsor-branded items are only available as 1-color items and must be selected at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. Company logo artwork and permission form authorizing use are required. Please email them to info@hottournament.com.
